Refund and Return Policy

At Canishi Collection, we want you to feel fabulous in your new threads. But hey, sometimes love at first try doesn’t happen — and that’s okay! If your purchase isn’t quite the soulmate you hoped for, we’ve got a simple plan to make things right.

 

1. Can I Return or Swap?

•            You’ve got seven (7) days from purchase to decide if your item is “the one.”

•            It must come back to us in its original state — unworn, unwashed, and drama-free (no rips, stains, or DIY alterations).

•            Keep those tags on! We’re sentimental like that.

•            Bring your receipt or order confirmation so we know it’s really ours.

 

2. Refunds (aka the Breakup)

•            Once we’ve checked your item and given it the thumbs-up, we’ll send your money back.

•            Refunds go straight to the original payment method — no rebound cards allowed.

•            Depending on your bank, it may take 7–10 business days for the cash to reappear.

 

3. Exchanges (Second Chances)

•            Exchanges depend on what’s in stock.

•            If your dream item isn’t available, we’ll offer a refund or store credit so you can find another match.

 

4. Items That Can’t Come Back

•            Sale, discounted, or promo pieces are final — no take-backs.

•            For hygiene reasons, accessories and undergarments (if we sell them) are non-returnable.

 

5. How to Start the Process

•            Email us at info@canishicollection.co.za with your order number and item details.

•            Our customer care team will send you the return address.

•            Return shipping costs are on you, unless we messed up (wrong item or defective). In that case, we’ll cover it — pinky promise.
